Dreams...By following my heart I will achieve them...



Dreams, what is a dream. What does it mean?. A dream is a passion that sits inside your heart, a burning desire to live the life I love. But sometimes We Can be afraid of our dream's, and the fear of failure makes it easier to avoid them. face them, embrace them and give them the attention they deserve. All is possible!!!!

What my plan is, I'm going to break it down into sections of everything that I have to do to achieve my dream of one day having my own Yoga and wellness retreat (What a dream hey!!!).
Then one by one tick the list untill I get it done and my dream becomes a reality. But you must be willing to put in the hard work it doesn't just happen. I believe in myself and that I am capable of achieving amazing thing's!!!.

Along the way I still want to remain in the present moment and enjoy life and this wonderful journey I am on.

There are no limits to what we can create if our passion and intension is true straight from the heart....

Using the power of A Mantra and how they have helped me.


Hi everyone ☺ I would love to share with you something that helps me stay focused on my vision and dream... That is the power of a Mantra. Let's face it, we all have days where you feel unmotivated and even have self doubt with yourself and life. By using the positivity and gratitude of a Mantra can help you refocus on what you want to achieve and manifest. I have certain Mantras that I read, listen and look at every day, keeping me grounded and confident to keep on stepping Forward to living a life I love. When I read a Mantra every morning this is also having time for yourself to prepare and set the intention for the day ahead. Some of the benifits of a Mantra are:
* Solidification of goals.
* Increased confidence. A thoughtful Mantra echos our deepest      truths.
* Open and close your yoga Practice with Manta Meditation.

Mantras can be used to cleanse our own consciousness and move more deeply into what your heart is truly seeking. Repeating a Mantra can also help melt away any worries stress or anxiety. when you feel this you can slowly release the Mantra. I use a Mantra every day during my Yoga and meditation practice, it helps me deepen and connect with my practice. So if your feeling unfocused and unmotivated look up some Mantras and when you find one that resonates with you, really connect to the Mantra and you will see the shift of your energy!!!
