How you Start Your Day Is Important For your body and soul...



So have you given any thought to how you start your day?. I can honestly say that I am so much more aware now. Starting the day right set's the tone and mood of the day that's to come. For me I love starting my day with Yoga and meditation, this is a must to energize my body and mind and really tune into myself and how I'm feeling. Then it's time for my morning coffee ( My morning coffee is a must😉). I have always been a morning person and love to watch the sunrise , there is something so magical and promising about the beautiful rise of the sun and the promise of a new day to come. Finding the time to give yourself the chance to be totally in the present moment with you and just having that moment for you. Life is Soo super busy and go go go!!!! Even just half an hour every morning or 10 minutes even is important to your health and wellbeing. I want to share with you something else I love to do in the morning's, and that's write. Either in a Journal or just writing down my thoughts feelings, this make me feel really energized and strong. We dedicate so much of our lives working hard to make a living we deserve to have that time, time to release any worries stress or tension to start the day in a beautiful and positive way with a spicy and positive attitude. Every morning I see the beauty and realisation that today I am one more step closer to living a life I love. Next you wake take a closer look at the beauty of the morning.

The Story Of Where It All Began. My Inspiration.

 

I wanted to do this Blog to share with you where my Journey all began. It all Began with me needing some self belief, self love and learning how to enjoy life again. And the realisation that my story could really help and inspire others. Back in Primary school I had a very good friend who as the years went on we lost contact with each other and I guess our lives went in different directions. Then about a year and a half ago we found each other again through the wonders of Facebook!! Once I learned about all she was doing with her life I was soo inspired. Enter the world of Spa It Girl. What she had created was so motivating, inspiring and happy. I started reading Yvette's Blog Spa It Girl, which is everything to help and inspire you to live a happy and healthy life and follow your dreams. As she was a dedicated Yogi as well this started off my own now passion for Yoga. Once my first time practising Yoga....I was hooked!!!!!. I started practising regularly, eating healthy, drinking green tea,using natural skin care products, visiting Spas and taking part in the Spa It Girl Challenges which were so much fun, then as time went on I realised that I was actually inspiring others as well which is such an incredible and satisfying feeling to know that I could actually do that, I never would have seen myself doing this!!  I noticed while reading the Blog one of her Yoga Inspirations were the AMAZING!! Boho Beautiful. Well needless to say after my first class with Juliana I was hooked ...completely. And after a year and a half I still am. After one of the beautiful Spa It Girl self love talks Yvette made me realise that if you follow your heart and the passion comes from within then GO FOR IT!!!!!  soo I did. Now I will be forever grateful to her for helping me to believe in myself and I can and will achieve anything I put my mind to. I was always a dreamer and still am...but I'm not the only one. What would life be without our hopes and our dreams.
