Why I started The Blog And Began Writing.


Growing up I always had a passion for writing and was in my element when I was speaking in front of people, it brought a confidence out I'm me it's hard to describe. And this will help when I do some meditation videos for you guys !!!. When I first started practicing yoga and meditation, I would Journal my thoughts, how my practices made me feel and how had it changed my life for the better. Then I got thinking... What If my journey could inspire other's to live a happy and healthy life?. And be the best version of themself they can be. Now that I have started the blog, my vision is for it to be a place of inspiration and happy feel good vibes. A place to come to feel good and stronger than you ever thought you were. So I guess in a nutshell, I wanted to use my struggles and life experiences to show others that when things are tough you can still be strong enough to be happy and experience happiness. I want to do this by sharing how the world of yoga has changed my life. Yoga is not just Asana or vinyasa flows it goes much deeper than that. It touches through the soul.

I guess I realised that when I write I'm connecting to something so raw, deep and true within myself and it felt amazing!!. I knew then that I had to share this and just maybe inspire other's . My plans for the blog are too:
1 Share my yoga journey to becoming a teacher and my favourite aspects of Yoga.
2 create some meditation videos.
3 Collaborate with other yogis... and so much more!!
