OUR JOURNEY IN PARENTHOOD SO FAR...

Hi there friends!! Well I can honestly say I never thought I would be writing about this. But here I am Writing about my journey as a first time Mum SURPRISE!!! and OUR JOURNEY IN PARENTHOOD SO FAR. With my struggle with infertility and countless IVF cycles you know our Journey see my blog post on my struggle with  infertility. Our Journey through Adoption and Fostering for nearly 12 long years has finally brought us our dream. The absolute joy of becoming parents. Her is how our first month has unfolded.

WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE AND HOW WE ARE FEELING

We feel so blessed to be given the opportunity of being a Mum and Dad. And we are all settling in so well so far a little exhausted.. Id be lying if I said we weren't!!. And life as we knew it has changed completely and it's amazing a whole new feeling of sunshine is consuming our hearts!!!. Our little ray of sunshine has settled into our family so well and is so adored. what can I say we are besotted. And I can  totally understand now when other Mum's say thing's like "Showers are like 2 minutes and gone are the days of sitting quietly on your chair, not with a toddler running around!!" But I would not have it any other way. To hear that words "Mummy" and "Daddy" and see that smile is the most incredible feeling in the world. But Motherhood certainly hasn't come without any challenges!!. They way I manage my time and the routine I had before had to instantly change. It's like learning time management all over again!!. But after our first month in the parenting world we have really gotten this down to a fine art!! We just moved into the groove so easily!! We make such a great team.  With the help of the most wonderful Daddy and Husband. He truly is our rock thanks Babe Xx. As I am typing this nap time is over and Daddy is doing the nappy change. What a team....

WAS THERE ANYTHING THAT SHOCKED ME ABOUT BECOMING A MUM ?
Honestly, I was always terrified. It is totally different with Fostering and adoption. The bonding and attachment processes are so very different and happen in such a different way. So I was always scared if this would be a difficult process for us. But for us, it has been amazing the bond that we already have as a family is incredible and feels so natural and heartwarming. It just felt so right. And the love I feel just captivates and overwhelms me. Even though I did not give birth to this child. I love this child just as If I had....even more!!

SO IN CONCLUSION..
To wrap up the first chapter of parenthood... simply amazing. Challenges, yes of course there has been but teamwork is the key. And we can proudly say we have nailed it!!! Nice work us.. But we also couldn't have done it without the love and support from our families who like us are just as Besotted and deeply in Love. We are so excited to see our little ray of sunshine grow, learn and thrive before our eyes. Until the next chapter OF OUR JOURNEY IN PARENTHOOD.

What Is Self Love ?

Well hello there my friends!! Self love.. This seams to be a topic that so many of us women struggle with on a daily basis am I right ? I am sitting here with my hand raised too I can assure you.!! Self love is so very important because if we don't fill our own cup first we can't fully give to those around us.  Well lets dive into the the topic and I will share with you my journey with self love.

I have always struggled with showing myself any sort of love. Growing up I hated the way I looked, I was and still am short (4''11 to be exact Yep). I didn't like my arms and the list goes on..are you resonating with me so far? But every one of us has something we would like to change about ourselves. It's part of being human and part of being a woman. Self Love is being able to look at ourselves and say "Yes there are things I would like to change, but I love and accept myself for who I am". And that is your own individual, your own unique self. And yes this can sometimes be difficult, we say this but don't really mean it. But I challenge you to keep saying it because you will eventually believe it.

OK so I can hear you say "Well what can I do to show myself self love and appreciation?"
I will share with you some of my strategies that I use and other strategies that I know will help you too.
- I start every day with positive affirmations like "I am worthy, I am unique and I am me".
- I find time every day for me, weather it be a meditation, a soothing face mask, sitting outside with a nice cup of tea.
- Meeting friends for a coffee, being around others that will lift you up an encourage you.
These are just a few. Find what works for you and what makes you feel good.

Each and every one of us is worthy of our own love. You just need to take a really good look and you will see all the wonderful qualities that are shining within you. So I want you to now go and look into a mirror and say "I love me and I am worthy of love".

FOR EVERYTHING THE SEASON TURNS...

Seasons...changing constantly. Every change in our life is like a season, constantly changing and yet each time feeling totally different. Our life is exactly like the seasons. Sometimes warm, sometimes cold and sometimes just right. And a lot of the time we find our self changing both physically and emotionally as life changes into these different seasons.  And remember this looks different for each and every one of us. Let's take a look...

My life has been through so many seasons and 2019 is going to be my biggest one yet. My life is constantly evolving and taking paths that I had not planned for. For Me the last 18 months have looked pretty cold and sheltered. But as the end of 2019 approached I felt the season change. It was like the sun coming out and the cloudiness was beginning to clear. Have you ever felt like this? Since I began my journey with entrepreneurship, I felt like a whole new season emerged, I began becoming less afraid to share my journey and so passionate to empower women to find their inner Boss Babe and go for their dreams.

So what do you think so far? Can you relate?

Success is something also that is like a season, always changing. Is success like this for you? But that's OK. The path to success can change sometimes unexpectedly also. For me Yoga will always be the start of my journey into  Entrepreneurship. Hello Hello!! Happy New Year My friends. Wow 2019!! Lets rock it...
I wanted to start 2019 with some happy fun vibes what better than sharing 5 HILARIOUS THINGS ABOUT ME!!  Are you ready to laugh I am😃 Here we go.... Get ready for some laughs!!!!!

1 Vaccuming.. I love to vacuum!! I get in my zone lol Whenever my husband, Mum and sister sees a crumb on the floor they turn to me and say and say "Quick wheres the vacuum cleaner!!"  Yes I am a little OCD lol 😃It drives my husband nuts!!!

2 Whistling... For the life of me I can not whistle!!. I keep trying and puckering up the lips but still at 41 I can't make a dam sound but I will keep trying I will wistle!! 😏

3 My nickname....This is hilarious are you ready it's Titi!! 😮 Yep I kid you not. As a young girl my cousin couldn't say Kristi so this is what formed and has stuck with all my life, my cousin and family still call me this to this day!!!

4 SLIPPERS... Yes I'm slipper crazy when I'm lounging chilling at home I absolutely love to wear my slippers. Really it's so relaxing!!. My darling husband calls me Grandma!! As soon as I hop out of bed I slip into my comfy soft slippers. Are you laughing yet?

5 This one is embarrassing!! But here it goes... When I was first driving I had to put a pillow or phone book under my seat cover to reach the pedals!!. Hey I'm only 4'11!! And I had to find a safe way to drive. Ok now you must be hysterical!!

Life Beyond Barriers.

Well Hello There!! I hope you all had a magical Christmas with Family and friends. For me this Christmas was full of forever magic. I wanted to write this blog post to talk about something that we all feel and sometimes even fear...BARRIERS!!.

LIFE BEYOND BARRIERS... What does this mean?  How do we create a life without barriers?
Well you can't because life is full of them!! It is how we evolve and grow, it's how we build resilience. Is this something you have been thinking about and wondering? Sometimes those barriers just can't be erased or even forgotten. Sometimes those barriers will always be there and be part of your life, the key is to accepting them as part of your life if they have to be and move forward to living your happiness and success. This can be very difficult to do, because it sometimes means accepting our reality.

But I want to let you in on a little secret that I use to keep pushing through these barriers that hold us back from living happy and successfully. Now you've heard me talk about it before and here it is again....YOUR MINDSET.  My friends what you are thinking and believing in your mind will have a profound affect on what the actual outcome will be. I grew up with believing what I was thinking was what was going to be when it is not. Weather you actually believe or not, when you change your mindset to positivity and determination, you will see things change in a real energetic powerful way. You will start to believe..

For me I've always had to change my plan on the path I wanted to take to get to a certain destination, the simple fact that is how life unfolded for me. But when you have to do this, you have to realize that's OK. Everyone of us has a different path, and are navigating different seasons. A good friend once said life is like the seasons. The turning changes, failures, triumphs and success are all different seasons that we are going through as individuals and families and I loved this!! So whatever the season be present in that moment, feel whatever you have to feel and look towards the next season always being present in the here and now. Not what might or might not happen because hey..we all know seasons change.....

THIS CHRISTMAS BE GRATEFUL BE THE LIGHT.

                                                                                               

Well It's almost Christmas, and I was thinking to myself today. How well do I really understand the true meaning of Christmas? Have you ever thought about it? I want to really think This Christmas be grateful and be the light. Christmas Day we spend with our Family and Friends. But there are so many out there that don't have any family or friends to spend Christmas with. That don't even have food or a roof over their head. And thinking about this really made me think how lucky I am. After all the years of working in retail seeing first hand the hustle and bustle of Christmas and now a Home Daycare Mumma I feel like my very own Christmas To Do List seems so trivial and insignificant!!

So this Christmas I'm not going to feel bombarded or stressed out, feeling like I have a million things to do. I am going to focus on these important things and celebrate being grateful for all my blessings and think of the less fortunate.Without further ado here is my Christmas list:

1- Show kindness. 

2- Show compassion

3- Make sure I give plenty of hugs and kisses !!

4- Show an act of kindness to the less fortunate.

5- Be totally present and not worry about material things!!

6- Be the Christmas light.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS..2019

  

HEY THERE!!!
Well a new year is upon us..I know I can't believe it either, this year has just rocketed past us!! filled with highs and lows. But it is almost time to close the chapter of this year and begin the reflection process of how this year went and looked for us, do we need to make any changes?. Then the moment I LOVE of setting our goals and mapping out what we want 2019 to look like. Come the end of 2019 where did we want to be in our journey. I mean we need to prepare to crush these goals!! be amazingly successful am I right ladies? I came to the realization that time management was something I needed to put a little more attention too to help serve me in a more strategic way.  

OK I have a question, and It's me so say and feel what feels right. How was your year? What do you think you need to do differently with the turning of the calendar. Are there areas in your life where you need to dig out that courage I know you have and ask for help. Are there creative ideas that you have been pondering but haven't put into fruition. Well go and do it!! you so can do this. I have come a way with this, but in 2019 all my creativity is going to come to reality. I want to be more connected with my creativity and not be afraid to go for it, share it and make it happen. I want to keep following my ultimate passion of helping women be the best version of them self and be successful. 

With 2018 proving to be a very challenging year for me on so many levels. I am going to make sure I'm creative in the way I will be successful and achieve my goals. Now let me ask you this. MY STRUGGLE WITH INFERTILITY..

Hi there..Well MY STRUGGLE WITH INFERTILITY I have been wanting to share this for a while, but it was important to share it in a way that would really help and give some sort of reassurance and comfort to other women out there who are struggling the same. Growing up all I ever wanted was to have a family and be a Mum. But I knew that that may not be possible for me, I wasn't completely sure. So when I turned 18 I went and got it checked out. And then that dream was crushed. I was never going to conceive naturally but there was a chance, a small chance through IVF. BUT.... the next step was donor eggs. I found out my ovaries did not produce eggs, they were DORMANT. Then we moved on to the next phase of this Journey......

So when Trevor and I decided we would explore the option of IVF to have a family, we knew this was going to be a rough journey. But something wonderful happened. My sister offered to take on the journey with us and donate her eggs for us, something I will treasure and be grateful for for the rest of my life. Now this was a huge decision for my sister to make but she was determined to help us and then started the process. This was both an emotional and challenging process both mentally and physically. But after being successful we were ready to take on the unknown.

So then came time to prepare me for the implant process. I remember after the first one I was so excited and very impatient waiting the 11 days was torture!!. But then then the results...negative. And I remember feeling so crushed, but at the same time I knew. But none the less devastating when your told. So then came the full on aftermath. The pain and bleeding was excruciating!!.  But after everything settled we decided to have the second third fourth and fifth go. We ended up having 9 tries and decided that it was time to look at the reality. This was not gong to happen.

Deciding enough was enough was hard, but it was time to face that this was not meant to be. My body was also exhausted. Because three months prior to starting IVF I had heart surgery which I had to have before ever trying to fall pregnant. It took me a long time to be at peace with the decision to stop. But I had to take control of my life again. Start looking at the blessings I already had a husband I adored and adored me the same, and a life where I could be and do anything.

After IVF we decided to try adoption but 10 years later nothing was happening, so we decided to close that chapter as well. Wow..the roller coaster of infertility. Nothing can prepare you for it, it's a process you take one day at a time one step at a time. There is no right or wrong. Every story is different and this is my story about MY STRUGGLE WITH INFERTILITY. Have you subscribed yet? WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT...
Hi there, A topic I love to dive into and recreate, why? Because today women can do any be anything there heart desires. A woman can lead the way in business, family and life. A women can influence in a way that that will leave a mark in the world forever, a mark in years to come people will remember.

As women we can sometimes get caught in  notion that we have to be more reserve and keep our voice a little quieter. But guess what times have certainly changed ladies. We can be and do whatever it is that we desire. We can be leaders in whatever we chose. Now I was always afraid to use my voice and step out of my comfort zone. But one day I just did...I used my fear to give me the confidence to make a difference by telling my story to inspire other women to feel confident and strong to go out and find their own success no matter what life has thrown at them.

Now I'm not saying that it is easy, hell nooo. But when your passionate about something and put the work in you will do it. My dream and goal is to make my mark as an influential female entrepreneur creating education to help women achieve their goals. And the best way to do this is you have to build trust with your audience or clients by being a real human with flaws and emotions. You have to be prepared to look outside the box and be willing to share what parts of your story you are comfortable sharing. And when e do this is attracts such a wave of confidence that is empowering!!

This is why I created Yoga Wanderer. A place for WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. So My 5 tips to being a influential women are:
1 Gain the trust and respect of the audience/people you want to connect with, they need to care about you.
2 Be Human and be you!!
3 Be prepared to share parts of your story and your life.
4 Serve and help others.
5 Last but not least use your influence to do good help enrich the lives of other women.

THE MEANING OF LIFE..

Well hello sunshine.. THE MEANING OF LIFE. What does life look like and mean to you? Do you live life to the fullest. I have come to learn some pretty valuable lessons in my life over the last 10 years or so. Not just the importance of how precious life is but the dynamic, what are we doing with life? 

When I was younger I wasn't much of a doer by means. I kind of just flowed with the everyday. No real goals or plans. But I watched in awe of everyone around me achieving and being successful. And after a long time I thought, I want to do this and I can do this!!! So I started to put strategies into place to put what I wanted into light. I had some serious questions to answer. Questions like ;

- What do I want to achieve out of life?

- How do I want to achieve this?

- What is the end goal of what I want to accomplish?

- What changes do I need to make to achieve my goals?

When you look at these things you start to open your mind and heart to a whole world of different opportunities you never thought possible. And you even have more self belief that you can do this, seriously!! In this life nothing is easy, we have to bust a move and sweat to make things happen. If we don't work at it, it's not going to happen my friend. 

When you start to really get shit done and make a ripple effect, you can then really take a look at yourself who you really are. For me when I did this I found some really interesting facts..

- I LOVE YOGA and  am dedicated to my Yoga practice.

- I LOVE maxi dresses!!!

- I love yoga pants!!

- I am so passionate about helping other women live their best life being the best version of them self.  

So you see when you break it down and look at THE MEANING OF LIFE from the point that your life is what you make it, all with the good and the bad. And you ask yourself some very important questions that will give you an insight as to weather you are living your life to it's fullest potential. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF KRISTI MENSO..

Well hello there... So I thought It about time I share with you what It looks like in A DAY IN THE LIFE OF KRISTI MENSO {Glamorous...NOT!!} So buckle up you are in for the ride of your life here it is...

GOOD MORNING..
So it is 5 am and the alarm has just gone off, yep 5 am. I am a morning person completely. I love starting my day early. For me it is when I feel my most creative. After sitting up and taking a few deep breaths and stretching to wake myself up a little, I head downstairs to let our beautiful fur baby Ruby- Jane outside, do the dishwasher and make that heavenly cup of coffee and head outside to breathe in some fresh air while enjoying my cuppa and playing with my girls, Ruby especially loves to chase the ball, all well I'm having my cuppa while I'm still in my PJ'S!!

 Then it's time to get into my Yoga Clothes for my morning routine and meditation practice to start my day right physically as well as mentally. This is so vital is preparing your brain for the day ahead and setting your goals for the day.Then it's time for a shower and dress for the day along with breakfast which is normally cereal and fruit.Then the part of the morning I hate, taking all my pills. But it is important I do to keep my body functioning the way it should. I take heart, blood pressure, thyroid and blood thinners. Good combo right?  Before I go downstairs It's time to let my creativity do the talking while I journal and do some writing and inspiration work. Then Its downstairs to my Daycare room and start my day!!! This means preparing activities for the day and getting paperwork organised for the day. Being a Daycare Mummy as my 9-5 it definitely keeps me young and also very rewarding.

LUNCH..
So the morning is now over and lunch has been eaten and devoured, my Daycare kids are sound asleep...HOPEFULLY!! and I have my lunch, sometimes leftovers from the night before or a salad wrap. finish of my morning paperwork and while it's quiet I open my laptop and let my creative ideas flow some more with blog work and continuing to create an online business and community I am so passionate about.This is something that I am so deeply driven about. And it truly is my way of offering inspiration through my own life experiences. Creating new content, continuing to expand my knowledge through my favorite podcasts which are The Goal Diggers Podcast By Jenna Kutcher and conversations from the heart with Yoga Girl. And all while I watch my Daycare Children Snooooze!!.

END OF DAY.
Well as the end of day has come, the children have gone home and my cleaning and paperwork is all finished for the day. I love to end my day with a restorative yoga practice to wind down and a meditation to still my mind and relax my mind from the day that was. And of course I love to be outside with my fur babies Kelsey and Ruby-Jane to have play time. They are always eagerly awaiting!! Then it's time for getting dinner ready and having a nice Looooong shower {ask my husband !!} Once we have dinner and clean up it's time to sink into my comfy chair and watch TV while talking and spending time with Trevor. We are both early to bed 9 o'clock normally. And since the day we got married we go to bed together at the same time every night. Does anybody else do that?

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE WORLD..

Hello there!! This is a topic I LOVE to talk about. Together we can all change the world and continue to bring more peace and harmony as the vibrations we put out into this world always attract what is given back to us.

WHAT CAN I DO ?
There is so much we can do to change the world and bring more peace and love. Here are some things that I put into practice and you can to:
1- Show more love and compassion to others and there needs.
2- Use my talents and influence to help bring more happiness and abundance into the life of others.
3- Every day show a random act of kindness that will inspire and encourage others.
When we do these things we are sending out positive and heartfelt vibrations. And sending a message across the universe that we must always choose love and happiness.

One thing I have learnt for sure is that when you are comfortable with who you are it can be a positive influence on others around you and can spark others to want to evolve and grow within them self. And it is so very important to me to connect with the people that I am trying to influence in a positive way and build life long friendships.  Really connecting with others in a positive and meaningful way.

Something I think is also important is how we express our vulnerability. Express it in a way that shows others it's OK to be vulnerable. It is a sign of our strength and courage. And showing gratitude everyday for everything you already have in your life. when others see this it will make them see that they too have so much to be grateful for...JUST BEING ALIVE.

 So there are so many thing we can each do to make positive long long lasting changes in the world. How are you sending out positive vibrations into the world? I would love to know. OUR DOGS MEAN THE WORLD TO US...

What can I say, our girls are our little family. Growing up we always had a dog and cat. My sister and I were and still are animal lovers. But as I got older, married and knew I couldn't have children. Our little family meant even more.

Trevor and I have 2 girls, A Rodehsion  Ridge Back Kelsey and a little Pomeranian Ruby-Jane. Both with incredible personalities (And naughty!! ). Kelsey is our Rescue Dog. She was 10 weeks old when we got her. And ruby well I went for a tin of fish food and came home with her!! Much to Trevor's surprise. But the special place that they fill in our heart is so incredible and so comforting. We could not imagine life without them.

With the dream of being a Mum crushed, having Kelsey and Ruby healed my heart in so many ways. My heart felt lighter than it had in a very long time. And even though I had come to a place of accepting it their are still moments when it just creeps up on you, hey we are after all only human and were given all these emotions to feel for a reason, even if we can't see that.

The thing that amazes me so much is the intelligence of them both. They are so smart and understand more than we give them credit for. I swear they know what I'm thinking before i even do!!. And whenever I need a hug Kelsey is ready and willing. There is nothing more she likes than hugs and a pat. ( OK Food being her number one !!) She will just sit there with her head on my lap looking at me with those eyes.

There are so many benefits from having a dog..
1- loneliness.
2- Grief or healing.
3-  Mental health.
$- Stress relief.
5- Provide a sense of responsibility.
6- keep you active.

My Daycare children love our girls and look for them down the back as soon as they arrive,  it is also very educational for children as well. So Do you have a dog? What kind ? MY TOP 10 FAVOURITE MOVIES..

Hi my Friends!!... Well I wanted to share with you a bit more about me so here are my top 10 favourite movies. Now these movies have been a huge part of my life. What can I say they are classics!!! I know every line, every song and I watch them over and over again. My husband Trevor loves it!!! ( Oh not again he says lol) Now some of these might surprise you but I am taking courage and sharing with you ☺
So without further ado MY TOP 10 MOVIES are...

1 Grease..Your the one that I want!!! Olivia is my childhood idol and still to this day!
2- Dirty dancing-  never get enough of Patrick Swayze!!!
3- Xanadu- Another of Olivia Newton John Classic a must see ladies!
4- The Bodyguard- Whitney's beautiful voice.
5- Twilight Saga.
6- Pretty in Pink. I'm an 80's gal!!
7- 16 candles-
8- Rocky - What can I say I love Sylvester Stallone.
9- 16 candles. I am a true 80's gal!!
10 - The Karate kid. Ralph Macchio was such a cutie!!

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL..WITH ME..

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Hi Friends, well the time has come again where I wanted to get more up close and Personal and talk about me. More about my daily life my passions, my must have, my annoying (My husband will love this one!!), my dream and basically who am I!!

So it all begins with what do I do? well I'm a devoted Home Daycare Mum of 10 beautiful kids who I adore. it is amazing to have the opportunity to work from home. With not being able to have children of my own, this was the most rewarding and life changing experience for me. challenging..yes but I feel I have met all those challenges head on with amazing results.

My day begins at 5am (yep I love being an early bird) giving me time to practice Yoga, meditate, journal and get my creativity on for the blog which is so very special to me. My favourite thing to do in the morning is take my coffee outside and enjoy with my beautiful fur babies (our dogs) Kelsey and Ruby. I love to be outside just after sunrise.This helps me prepare mentally for the day ahead as well.

My most favourite piece off clothing!!! yes my yoga pants. I live in them after work weekends whenever I can I'm in them!! And my favourite food is mashed potato!! ( sweet potato of course) The call me the mash potato queen lol. My favourite pastime is listening to podcasts, my inspirations are Jenna Kutcher Goal digger Podcast, From the heart conversations with Yoga Girl and Melyssa Griffin Pursuit to purpose. Definitely you should check these out they are amazing. They are inspirational life learners, business women, entrepreneurs sharing their story to success. These woman have guided me into shaping what I wanted my dream to look like..to be an inspiring world wide entrepreneur and Yogi.

So one thing I truly hate is mess!!! At home with Trevor I like things clean, in their place, neat and tidy. But sometimes I put things away and of course he comes looking for it. I cant help myself I see it I put it away and it drives him nuts!!!! (Sorry babe). When at home I love to be in my Yoga Clothes with my fur babies writing, practising Yoga, Meditating and i love rest time outside with my outdoor setting feet up listening to latest podcasts or even better on the lounge feet up...BLISS!!

You probably have already guessed I LOVE he beach. it is the place where I am totally relaxed, carefree and in tune with myself. I also LOVE skincare organic of course non cruelty. I have always had a passion for looking after my skin. I'm pretty sure I LOVE to talk too, I enjoy having a good heart to heart.

As you also already know i take a lot of medication for different medical problems, heart, thyroid, blood pressure, blood thinners. but hey you have to do what you have to do to keep your body functioning the way it should.

Well I guess the thing I most Need to work on is I'm a worrier and stresser. Not as bad as I used to be but working on it still the same.

FOR ALL THE BUSY MUMMAS OUT THERE..

Hey There all you busy Mummas, this is for you too ...
As you know by now I am a very devoted Home Daycare Mumma. For the time I have been a Daycare Mum I have been in total awe at all the beautiful Mum's out there who have children, work full time, run with the kids to all the after school activities and run a household...PHEW.... This post is dedicated just for you Beautiful Mummas..

Now I know that it would not be easy. I don't have children of my own, but I can just imagine that sort of busy lifestyle. But I want you to take a breath for a minute ...this community is for you as well sweet Mummies. A place where you can come, breathe for a bit and have a little bit of time for you you. And focus on being the best you that you can be... Time for you can be the last thing you have time to think abiut, am I right?

Time, there isn't a lot of that for Mums is there. But it is so very important to find that time for you everyday in amongst all the chaos!!. Time to tune into your mind and body for a while. To listen to how you are feeling, and doing something for you to enjoy and relax. A space where you can continually come back to.

This is what I hope this community will do for you. Create a space that is just for you...with guidance and friendship right at your fingertips literally!! I want to be able to show you how to create this space entirely for you. A space where you can connect with others and me!!! And fill your own cup first to be able to give completely to your family. DON'T HATE THE HATER'S!!

Hey there! I wanted to write a post about people who don't like what you do or perhaps don't understand what you do. And I'm afraid to say ...these people are there. Even when what you are doing does not hurt or cause any sort of harm to anyone. I'm here to tell you..that's ok! Not everybody has to like what you do. So DON'T HATE THE HATER'S. Let me explain what I do in this situation...

It doesn't matter who weather it be friend's, family or work colleagues. When I experience this I smile, stay calm and just say "You know what that's ok, you don't have to because this is something that makes me happy and fulfilled". Sometimes our self confudence can take a blow and we start self doubting. You have to be stronger than this stay focused on what you are doing.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
Well I guess that is just the nature of the way life is. Some people may seem judgemental on others or may they are just not happy with their own life. Or maybe you like to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone. This can be hard for other's to understand who are not comfortable with doing that themselves.

WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS?
Well we can learn more about how different our ways of thinking can be so different between us. We can also learn to respect what other's think and keep on with what you are achieving. Sometimes it can hold us back and form as a excuse even cornus to hide behind. This is not a good habit to get into ...trust me. Believe me when I say smile, stay confident and know ..that's ok.

Honestly I never thought I would be an influencer or even someone that had something to offer. That is why I Created Yoga Wanderer. Never Say Never..

Hey Kristi Here... NEVER SAY NEVER hell yes!!!

Are you always second guessing yourself ?
Do you say to yourself "Nooo no way, no chance I could ever do that"
Well I'm here right now to tell you that you can!!!

I DID THIS....
Yes I did. I Always told myself someone like me (whatever that was supposed to mean but silly just the same) could never do anything like that. I thought all I was supposed to do was dream. And It took a long time to realise that what I dreamed was totally waiting for me to just chase and grab hold with both hands.

IT'S OK TO BE AFRAID..it doesn't mean you are week.
I used to be Soo afraid to do anything..and I wouldn't do anything or try anything new. Now I'm not saying it is easy because it's not!! Heck..I never thought I would be here writing this and sharing with you all but here I am.

THE SECRET TO HOW I OVERCOME THIS..
 Now just let me say that this was no easy task. But you can learn to use this to your advantage when the negative deamons strike!!  The key is use them to empower you to say ' No thankyou I can and I will achieve this' and this might take some time to master, but believe me when you do you will feel the confidence and strength ooze out of you my friend. Use the negative demons like a best friend pushing you to keep improving. Work with them not against them and NEVER SAY NEVER...

So you see you can do it and you can achieve it. Have faith and trust in you... The possibilities are endless.. Subscribe to our community and receive my guide to living a happy and abundant life and so much more.
