Sometimes we focus on what we don't have in our life we don't appreciate what we already have in our life. I am continually challenged to work on this practice of gratitude. And Yoga helps to stay grounded and in the present moment. We all need our dream and we should strive for whatever will make us happy, but we should not forget to have gratitude for the here and now. Through the Practice of Yoga and meditation we can embrace and be grateful for all the wonderful things this universe gives us. I can honestly say I never gave much gratitude to what I had, but was saddened and consummed with the fact I was never going to be a Mother to children of my own I forgot to appreciate the wonderful Husband I have and all my beautiful furbabies!!! 😍😘
