Hello there!! This is a topic I LOVE to talk about. Together we can all change the world and continue to bring more peace and harmony as the vibrations we put out into this world always attract what is given back to us.
WHAT CAN I DO ?
There is so much we can do to change the world and bring more peace and love. Here are some things that I put into practice and you can to:
1- Show more love and compassion to others and there needs.
2- Use my talents and influence to help bring more happiness and abundance into the life of others.
3- Every day show a random act of kindness that will inspire and encourage others.
When we do these things we are sending out positive and heartfelt vibrations. And sending a message across the universe that we must always choose love and happiness.
One thing I have learnt for sure is that when you are comfortable with who you are it can be a positive influence on others around you and can spark others to want to evolve and grow within them self. And it is so very important to me to connect with the people that I am trying to influence in a positive way and build life long friendships. Really connecting with others in a positive and meaningful way.
Something I think is also important is how we express our vulnerability. Express it in a way that shows others it's OK to be vulnerable. It is a sign of our strength and courage. And showing gratitude everyday for everything you already have in your life. when others see this it will make them see that they too have so much to be grateful for...JUST BEING ALIVE.

OUR DOGS MEAN THE WORLD TO US...
What can I say, our girls are our little family. Growing up we always had a dog and cat. My sister and I were and still are animal lovers. But as I got older, married and knew I couldn't have children. Our little family meant even more.
Trevor and I have 2 girls, A Rodehsion Ridge Back Kelsey and a little Pomeranian Ruby-Jane. Both with incredible personalities (And naughty!! ). Kelsey is our Rescue Dog. She was 10 weeks old when we got her. And ruby well I went for a tin of fish food and came home with her!! Much to Trevor's surprise. But the special place that they fill in our heart is so incredible and so comforting. We could not imagine life without them.
With the dream of being a Mum crushed, having Kelsey and Ruby healed my heart in so many ways. My heart felt lighter than it had in a very long time. And even though I had come to a place of accepting it their are still moments when it just creeps up on you, hey we are after all only human and were given all these emotions to feel for a reason, even if we can't see that.
The thing that amazes me so much is the intelligence of them both. They are so smart and understand more than we give them credit for. I swear they know what I'm thinking before i even do!!. And whenever I need a hug Kelsey is ready and willing. There is nothing more she likes than hugs and a pat. ( OK Food being her number one !!) She will just sit there with her head on my lap looking at me with those eyes.
There are so many benefits from having a dog..
1- loneliness.
2- Grief or healing.
3- Mental health.
$- Stress relief.
5- Provide a sense of responsibility.
6- keep you active.
My Daycare children love our girls and look for them down the back as soon as they arrive, it is also very educational for children as well. So Do you have a dog? What kind ? MY TOP 10 FAVOURITE MOVIES..
Hi my Friends!!... Well I wanted to share with you a bit more about me so here are my top 10 favourite movies. Now these movies have been a huge part of my life. What can I say they are classics!!! I know every line, every song and I watch them over and over again. My husband Trevor loves it!!! ( Oh not again he says lol) Now some of these might surprise you but I am taking courage and sharing with you ☺

UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL..WITH ME..
Hi Friends, well the time has come again where I wanted to get more up close and Personal and talk about me. More about my daily life my passions, my must have, my annoying (My husband will love this one!!), my dream and basically who am I!!
So it all begins with what do I do? well I'm a devoted Home Daycare Mum of 10 beautiful kids who I adore. it is amazing to have the opportunity to work from home. With not being able to have children of my own, this was the most rewarding and life changing experience for me. challenging..yes but I feel I have met all those challenges head on with amazing results.
My day begins at 5am (yep I love being an early bird) giving me time to practice Yoga, meditate, journal and get my creativity on for the blog which is so very special to me. My favourite thing to do in the morning is take my coffee outside and enjoy with my beautiful fur babies (our dogs) Kelsey and Ruby. I love to be outside just after sunrise.This helps me prepare mentally for the day ahead as well.
My most favourite piece off clothing!!! yes my yoga pants. I live in them after work weekends whenever I can I'm in them!! And my favourite food is mashed potato!! ( sweet potato of course) The call me the mash potato queen lol. My favourite pastime is listening to podcasts, my inspirations are Jenna Kutcher Goal digger Podcast, From the heart conversations with Yoga Girl and Melyssa Griffin Pursuit to purpose. Definitely you should check these out they are amazing. They are inspirational life learners, business women, entrepreneurs sharing their story to success. These woman have guided me into shaping what I wanted my dream to look like..to be an inspiring world wide entrepreneur and Yogi.
So one thing I truly hate is mess!!! At home with Trevor I like things clean, in their place, neat and tidy. But sometimes I put things away and of course he comes looking for it. I cant help myself I see it I put it away and it drives him nuts!!!! (Sorry babe). When at home I love to be in my Yoga Clothes with my fur babies writing, practising Yoga, Meditating and i love rest time outside with my outdoor setting feet up listening to latest podcasts or even better on the lounge feet up...BLISS!!
You probably have already guessed I LOVE he beach. it is the place where I am totally relaxed, carefree and in tune with myself. I also LOVE skincare organic of course non cruelty. I have always had a passion for looking after my skin. I'm pretty sure I LOVE to talk too, I enjoy having a good heart to heart.
As you also already know i take a lot of medication for different medical problems, heart, thyroid, blood pressure, blood thinners. but hey you have to do what you have to do to keep your body functioning the way it should.
Well I guess the thing I most Need to work on is I'm a worrier and stresser. Not as bad as I used to be but working on it still the same.

FOR ALL THE BUSY MUMMAS OUT THERE..
Hey There all you busy Mummas, this is for you too ...
As you know by now I am a very devoted Home Daycare Mumma. For the time I have been a Daycare Mum I have been in total awe at all the beautiful Mum's out there who have children, work full time, run with the kids to all the after school activities and run a household...PHEW.... This post is dedicated just for you Beautiful Mummas..
Now I know that it would not be easy. I don't have children of my own, but I can just imagine that sort of busy lifestyle. But I want you to take a breath for a minute ...this community is for you as well sweet Mummies. A place where you can come, breathe for a bit and have a little bit of time for you you. And focus on being the best you that you can be... Time for you can be the last thing you have time to think abiut, am I right?
Time, there isn't a lot of that for Mums is there. But it is so very important to find that time for you everyday in amongst all the chaos!!. Time to tune into your mind and body for a while. To listen to how you are feeling, and doing something for you to enjoy and relax. A space where you can continually come back to.
This is what I hope this community will do for you. Create a space that is just for you...with guidance and friendship right at your fingertips literally!! DON'T HATE THE HATER'S!!
Hey there! I wanted to write a post about people who don't like what you do or perhaps don't understand what you do. And I'm afraid to say ...these people are there. Even when what you are doing does not hurt or cause any sort of harm to anyone. I'm here to tell you..that's ok! Not everybody has to like what you do. So DON'T HATE THE HATER'S. Let me explain what I do in this situation...
It doesn't matter who weather it be friend's, family or work colleagues. When I experience this I smile, stay calm and just say "You know what that's ok, you don't have to because this is something that makes me happy and fulfilled". Sometimes our self confudence can take a blow and we start self doubting. You have to be stronger than this stay focused on what you are doing.
WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?
Well I guess that is just the nature of the way life is. Some people may seem judgemental on others or may they are just not happy with their own life. Or maybe you like to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone. This can be hard for other's to understand who are not comfortable with doing that themselves.
WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS?
Well we can learn more about how different our ways of thinking can be so different between us. We can also learn to respect what other's think and keep on with what you are achieving. Sometimes it can hold us back and form as a excuse even cornus to hide behind. This is not a good habit to get into ...trust me. Believe me when I say smile, stay confident and know ..that's ok.
LOOK AT ME!!
Honestly I never thought I would be an influencer or even someone that had something to offer. That is why I Created Yoga Wanderer. Never Say Never..
Hey Kristi Here... NEVER SAY NEVER hell yes!!!
Are you always second guessing yourself ?
Do you say to yourself "Nooo no way, no chance I could ever do that"
Well I'm here right now to tell you that you can!!!
I DID THIS....
Yes I did. I Always told myself someone like me (whatever that was supposed to mean but silly just the same) could never do anything like that. I thought all I was supposed to do was dream. And It took a long time to realise that what I dreamed was totally waiting for me to just chase and grab hold with both hands.
IT'S OK TO BE AFRAID..it doesn't mean you are week.
I used to be Soo afraid to do anything..and I wouldn't do anything or try anything new. Now I'm not saying it is easy because it's not!! Heck..I never thought I would be here writing this and sharing with you all but here I am.
THE SECRET TO HOW I OVERCOME THIS..
Now just let me say that this was no easy task. But you can learn to use this to your advantage when the negative deamons strike!! The key is use them to empower you to say ' No thankyou I can and I will achieve this' and this might take some time to master, but believe me when you do you will feel the confidence and strength ooze out of you my friend. Use the negative demons like a best friend pushing you to keep improving. Work with them not against them and NEVER SAY NEVER...

NEVER CHANGE FOR ANYONE.
LET ME ASK YOU SOMETHING... are you happy with who you are but find yourself changing to please others? This is a trap so many of us fall into. But I am here to tell you my friend you rock just as you are!!!!. Remember there is only one you in this universe there is no one else like you. You are unique and precious just as you are. Each and every one of us is here with the freedom to be our self. Creative, funny, daggy or serious. That it what adds diversity and spontaneity to this life.
Me..well I'm most creative in my PJ'S on my comfy couch with a cuppa. I am not even 5' foot tall and love to wear flats. I am OCD in my house (My husband just loves it..not!!) I am obsessed with being organised and do not always wear makeup. But this is me.
What is you tell me about yourself?
Trying to please and be someone that is not you can be exhausting!! Surround yourself with people who want to be around you just as you are. Be confident in your own skin. CLOSING CHAPTERS IN YOUR LIFE..
This can be so very difficult. And can take a lot of soul work to come to the point of being able to close that chapter. Growing up all I wanted was to be A mum, but I knew at 18 the chances of that were not in my favour. But IVF was going to be an option to try. So when I met and married my wonderful, compassionate soul mate Trevor it was so very hard to think I might not be able to give him this precious gift. But him being him told me all that mattered was being with me (not many guys like this right!!)
So after tying countless IVF cycles and my body feeling absolutely a wreck we decided to try adoption..after 11 years we finally closed the door on that chapter too. But during this time the saying "Everything happens for a reason" was so the last thing from my mind and belief. All I felt was anger and frustration. There were so many other medical issues I was also dealing with as well.
Then comes Yoga... I knew I had to find something to find my way back on a path of more happiness and understanding. So I began my journey with Yoga and Meditation. and well.....what a saviour!! the universe was truly giving me a sign, but what?
So I started journaling and writing. This gave me such peace and understanding. And then came the lightning bolt... maybe the reason is because I have a gift to help others who maybe struggling with this, or struggling with other areas in life. and I knew it was time for me to close this chapter and move on to living my life. I found the path I was meant to be on. I am happy and in control of my destiny... I believe when one chapter closes another opens.

WHITSUNDAYS AUSTRALIA!
HOLIDAY TIME!
Hello My Beautiful friends and world game changers... yes it it almost that time. Time to stop, recharge and relax the body mind and soul and head to the WHITSUNDAYS AUSTRALIA. . It is one week to go until we leave for the beautiful white sand, sun, fresh air and peace of the beautiful Whitsunday Islands in Queensland Australia. Trevor and I adore this heaven on Earth paradise. And we made the decision to make it our special place to go every year exactly around this time in between both our birthdays for a vacation. Time to be together no distractions and see how our plans are coming into place.
To say the least it has been a really rough year. The constant battles we have had to face have tested us both to the core. But in true Trevor and Kristi style we rocked it!! and day by day conquering all the bad shit life has thrown at us. But I still stand by what I say...what challenges us makes us stronger.
Exquisite.. this is the best way to describe the Whitsundays. The pristine clear waters and the dazzling white silica sand. I feel at such peace and truly in my best place when I'm here. I can totally disconnect from everything and focus on rejuvenating my body mind and soul. My creativity says HELLO!!!! to a flood of ideas to keep creating the life we both want.

While we are there I will show you exactly how beautiful it is. I will do some live feeds on my Instagram page @kristisinspiration and I'll meet with you on the blog. Annnnnd all goes well I would like to start a podcast for you...stay tuned friends. Whoa...bear with me...
We have booked into our beautiful holiday house we always stay at. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. We cant wait to get into the boat and cruise the Whitsunday Islands until we get to our paradise Whitehaven beach. One of the most spectacular beaches in the world!!! The water is like glass and the sand silica white it squeaks under your feet!! I love to sit in the white sand and just look out at the water. It is such a place of calmness. OMG!! I cant wait anymore. But 7 more days (no I'm not counting lol)

DON'T GIVE INTO YOUR FEARS
What are your fears? Do you give into your fears?
This was something I continually did!!! Always letting my fears smother my mind. never taking risks to move forward in life, never experiencing anything new. But I am here to tell you my friends....DON'T GIVE INTO YOUR FEARS... you are not your fears. You are a capable and strong willed light in this universe. Let you shine.
Our fears are not our enemy either. I think of my fears as my driving force to navigate the unknown. To walk beside me as I try new experiences and take risks to continue to achieve my full potential. I learnt that we have to work together with fear, be vulnerable and acknowledge them. It is also important to be positive and feel good vibes. Make sure that you expose yourself to your fears as this will ignite a strength in you that you had all along. We also must practice courageous acts, stepping out of our comfort zone.
As you know, I was so shy and quiet when I was younger. I never participated in anything because I had no self confidence or self belief. I honestly didn't think I was capable of achieving any success. WOW!!!!! Fast forward to now, watch out steam train coming through!!! It took a lot of hard work and a lot of self doubting but I broke through my fear barriers and now work together with them. Not always an amicable relationship by any means, some days they rise a little too high, but I feel I have control now.
So when you are thinking about your dream remember.....there is one thing that makes your dream impossible and that is the fear of failure...
DON'T GIVE INTO YOUR FEARS.... rise above and work side by side

When I Change The Whole World Changes..
WHEN I CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD CHANGES....
We see on the News, newspapers in the media all the horrible things that are happening in our world today. And the harsh reality is that we need to be the change we want to see in the world. By each of us making changes within our self to be more compassionate and kind, we will help begin the movement of inspiring others to make the change within them self also.
This is something I am continually working on within my own spiritual practice. Some of the practices I do every day to keep growing this change are
- Starting always with myself, when I show myself compassion and kindness I am Then able to freely show others compassion and kindness.
- Encourage other. Give others praise and encouragement. By doing this you will spark a light in others to do the same.
- Self Expression. I am always aware of my own emotions when I am helping others, be in tune with your facial expressions with how you are feeling within. Don't forget that.
- Be aware of what you are saying. You can make a huge difference in someones day by the words you speak.
It all starts with connecting with A higher power grater than yourself, and being in connection with that power. The changes that we make be positive or negative have a huge impact on the people around us as well as the universe as a whole. I found that when I changed what I knew I needed to change, happiness became so clear top me, so reachable where as before I just could never see any happiness at all.
It is so confronting to see the impact that our choices and attitude have on others. Now I am so much more aware of my actions and words, and i ask myself first "how will this affect and help others? or "Is what I'm about to do going to send positive energy and light out into the world. ? Next time you are about to do something, ask yourself these same questions. Ask the universe for guidance. You can trust that the universe knows exactly the right moment and time when to show us guidance and knowledge.
When we strive to love we become better than we are. When we become better everything around us becomes better too. The world sometimes is like a reflection of everything we do and say. So we need to really remember this through our journey of this precious life. WHEN I CHANGE THE WHOLE WORLD CHANGES

How is your mindset? Are you in a positive mindset? or do you feel swarmed with negativity?
Hello my beautiful friends!!!. This has certainly been me at times in my life
Sometimes we can find our self in a really negative state of mind, and we can find it hard to find any positive thoughts or belief and even happiness. But with these strategies in place you will see a change that opens up yourself to a world of opportunity... HOW TO CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
-surround yourself with people who are in a calm, energised and happy mindset.
- Focus on your visions and goals, this will give you a shift of energy and a sense of steadiness.
- Don't be afraid of your voice. Use your voice. use your voice to speak aloud of how you feel in your mindset. Engage with people who will listen and you feel comfortable with.
For our own well being, it is so important to be able to connect to your mindset. This is our tool to see if we are truly happy, or we need to make changes that will help us to be in a more happy and vibrant place. This can be a very vulnerable thing to do. 8 THINGS TO DO BEFORE 8 AM.
8 THINGS TO DO BEFORE 8AM.
Hello beautiful game changers.... What do you do before 8am in the morning? Make the kids lunches, get kids ready for school or maybe you are even at work well and truly before then. But what do you do for you to prepare you for the day.
Preparing our self both physically and spiritually for the day ahead is so very important, it sets the tone of the day and the tone of your mind. These are some things I do to prepare for the day ahead, I know they will help you too.
1- once you wake, just take a deep breath and slowly sit up on the side of the bed. close your eyes and just connect to your breath for a minute. Feel the rise and fall of your chest. Then slowly stand up and begin your day.
2- Make a nice cup of hot lemon water. Very calming and good for skin quality and digestion.
3- Go outside with your lemon tea and just feel the sunlight on your face(unless your up with the chickens!!! then wait till it's light ).
4- Find time to move your body, even just 5 minutes do some Yoga to stretch and release any tension.
5- Find 5 Minutes after you move your body to sit and meditate, longer if you have the time.Breathing in and slowly releasing it out.
6- Journal, this is something I do every day. Even just a few lines. Write down how I feel and what my mindset is like today. What am I grateful for. Whatever it is you need to write.
7- Set an Intention or Goal for the day. What is it you want to achieve for today?
8- Now ROCK IT!!!. Go about your day with determination, confidence and self belief.. I believe in you....
Now I know that it can be hard to find this time for ourself in the morning like this, it is!!!. But with re adjusting and even sacrifice, you can do 8 THINGS TO DO BEFORE 8AM.

8 Ways To Let Out Anger
Hello Beautiful souls!!! This is A topic I think we can all resonate with right? how to Let Out Anger in a more calm way. A way that doesn't include loosing our cool (uh oh !). Well take a look at these and give them a go what have you got to loose....
1- Breathe.. When you feel yourself on the verge of loosing control and wanting to explode. Just breathe stop for a second, close your eyes. Now big breath in... and long exhale out untill you feel all the air is released. Trust me this works and feels so good.
2- Walking- This is a way i have used many times. Just go for a walk. Stop and leave what your doing and go out for a walk in the fresh air and sunshine. If your at home with the kids and family, just walk out into the yard just for a minute and look up close your eyes and take a breath in and out. Do some slow gentle head rolls to the left and right. This really work for me to let out anger.
3- Meditate - Now before you say I could never do that...you can. Anyone can meditate. Put on some relaxing music (you tube is a god sent for this !!). Find a spot thats comfortable, get in a comfortable position close youe eyes and just breathe. Feel the rise and fall of your chest. Let any thoughts came into your mind and pay no attention come back to your breath. Now you can do this for as long as you feel comfortable for and whatever time you have. (we lead such busy lives!!).
4- Smile... yes I said smile my friends!!. Just lift your chin and open those lips and mouth a shopw me a huge smile. Smiling raises and shifts our energy levels. And if you really concentrate you will feel a shift in energy and in your mood. Now go on...Try :)
5- Recognise what the trigger is... and LET IT GO.... there are many triggers that cause anger and frustration. The important thing is to look at what exactly is it that is making you angry, frustrated. Then out loud say to yourself "I release and let go" Take a minute to absorb what you said I guarantee you will feel the difference, I certainly do when I do this exercise.
6- Of course it would't be right if I didn't give my Yoga practice a mention. I'm a Home Daycare Mum, my days can be SUPER STRESSFUL.... but every morning before my kids arrive I step on my mat with the intention of letting all the frustration out. Yoga releases any tension you have stored up in the body which can come in the form of headaches and muscle pain. Now I'm not a qualified Yoga teacher but this is exactly what it has done for me and you do it to the level that feels righyt for you... what do you say give it a go.
7- Forgiveness- Yes Forgive yourself. When we are angry we can tend to be less compassionate to the person or situation that has made us angry and frustrated. if we let go of the anger and say 'I forgive myself" out loud and make space for forgiving our self you will see that anger start to release.
8- Gratitude- When you are feeling angry and frustrated grab a pen and paper, write down all the things you are grateful for in your life. You will start to realise that being angry and frustrated has no positive place in your mind space. And does not serve your hogher good. This is something I do A LOT.

Ways to live A PURPOSEFUL LIFE
Hello again!!! Well I have been thinking a lot about something lately. Ways to live a PURPOSEFUL LIFE. Sometimes we spend so much time trying to find our life purpose that it all starts to get jumbled up. It becomes a job that you have to get done ASAP. And sometimes it can be super stressful and make you you feel extremely anxious. But I have finally worked it out....don't worry about trying to figure out what your life purpose is. Just be purposeful in everything you do and the rest will come to you at exactly the right moment. This created a huge shift in energy for me, whatever each day brings and whatever I do just be purposeful and the best version of me I can be.
I have always tried to find what my purpose is. What I was put on this Earth to do. But I think we were all put on this Earth to just live with purpose in everything we do and say. For me, now that I practice this I know longer rally around the idea of finding my life purpose. I just focus on being purposeful. especially when I am working on creating a life I love. So I started on this idea of how can I live a purposeful life?, and after much changing in my way of thinking,these are some of the strategies that I put into place that I hope will help you
1 Don't just focus on one particular thing. Wake every day with the intention that I will be purposeful in all I do today. And say this to yourself.
2 Stop trying to figure out your life purpose, what you were put here on this earth to do.Your life purpose is already there inside you.It will come just at the right moment when you live on a whole with purpose. Take the day as it flows leaving time for doing whatever it is that makes you happy and in your zone.
3 Very Important.... Show yourself some self love. By doing this you can show gratitude to yourself for all you achieve and you are able to open your heart and mind to endless possibilities.
So these 3 things really helped me to LIVE A PURPOSEFUL LIFE and create a life I dream of I know they can help you too.

Dear World... The struggle of TIME MANAGEMENT.
Dear Me,
I have been trying to find my way again a little latley. The craziness of life and work sometimes can make things a little crazy sometimes. And we begin to struggle to find TIME MANAGEMENT towards our passion. What do we do when this happens? We adjust. Our mind and body are amazing when we listen to them and pay attention to what they are saying. I know I need to just breathe and stay focused. Stay true to my dream and with hard work and dedication give my dream the attention it deserves to make a reality. I think we are all familiar with the saying ' Not enough hours in the day to create the life I want'. But when it comes to living a life that makes you happy, you will find the way. This was me ... I was getting scared of not being able to achieve my dreams. Life always throws us these curveballs or life constantly changes and is so busy just surviving the every day these can dishearten us and bring negativity into our mind. But I have learned that prioritising, sacrificing and coming back to that self belief in yourself creates a shift in energy and keeps that focus. The Passion and drive that you have is strong enough to show you the way and what you need to do. Listen to that always.... a couple of thing I do to overcome this time management frustration are:
1- Prioritise.. Plan your day if you to write a list to keep clear in your mind what is most important. You will find that you achieve so much more than you did before.
2- Set a goal... Setting a goal for me helps me connect with my motivation and gives me a kick up the backside!! I can do this ...
